Valentine’s Day Brownie Bake

Here’s my delicious Valentine’s Day Brownie Bake—rich, fudgy, and completely guilt-free!  Made with high-protein ingredients and no refined sugar, it’s the perfect sweet treat to enjoy with your loved ones.

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and spray a heart shaped (I used a silicone mould) baking pan with non-stick spray. 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, mashed banana, egg, Xylitol, and milk.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and cacao powder. Add to the wet mixture and stir until combined. Lastly fold in half of the chopped dark chocolate. 

Transfer the batter to the heart shaped baking pan. Top with the leftover chopped chocolate.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven. Serve with ice cream or Greek yoghurt and fresh berries.
