Refunds

Ebooks: Due to the digital nature of ebooks, all ebook purchases are final. Once purchased and delivered, the ebook is considered “used” and will not be eligible for a refund.

Merchandise: For physical merchandise, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund if applicable. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
