Tahini Honey Banana Bread

Tahini honey drizzle

Method

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.

Bread: Add the mashed bananas, egg, milk, oil, brown sugar, maple syrup and vanilla to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.

Add the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, oat flour and almond flour and stir until well combined.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown on top. Check after 30 minutes and cover with foil if the bread is browning too quickly.

Remove from the oven and place the pan on a rack to cool.

Tahini honey drizzle: Whisk together all the ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the banana bread before serving it.
