Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Spray a loaf tin with non-stick spray.

Bread: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the smashed bananas, apple sauce, vanilla, coconut oil and milk.

Add the flour, baking soda and cinnamon to the banana mixture and whisk until well combined.

Spread the batter into the the loaf tin.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Frosting: Whisk together the cream cheese, cashew nut butter and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.

Frost the top of the bread. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
