Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C, preferably on the fan setting.

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and leave the mixture to stand until thick and pliable, about 15 minutes.

Spread the mixture out on a baking tray lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. You may use two trays if you are using a small tray. Make sure the mix have no holes in it.

Bake for one and a half hour, checking every 20 minutes. You may need to rotate them from the hot spots in the oven.

Once they are lightly browned and crisp remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Once cooled, break them into any sizes you like and store in an airtight container.
