Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a medium saucepan, melt the peanut butter and honey together and stir until a smooth consistency.

Remove from the heat and stir in the oats and salt.

Spread the granola over a large baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to make sure it toasts evenly. Once it’s nice and crunchy, remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
