Method

Heat half the butter in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion and saute for about 3 minutes until soft and translucent.

Add the pork fillet and half the paprika and fry in the butter and onion mixture until it has some color.

In the meantime, mix the milk, corn flour, paprika, and a large pinch of salt in a small mixing bowl. Add the milk mixture to the fillet and keep stirring until the sauce thickens up.

In another saucepan, heat the other half of the butter and grill the gnocchi on both sides until golden brown.

Add the golden browned gnocchi to the pork and sauce and cook for another 2 minutes together for all the flavors to combine.
