Grease the inside of a 15 cm springform baking pan. Line the bottom and inner sides with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate. Microwave at 1 minute intervals, stirring in between with a spatula, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth (about 2 minutes). Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate on the stove using a double boiler.

Add the pumpkin puree and whisk until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape any excess chocolate from the sides and bottom of the bowl to make sure it is fully incorporated with the pumpkin.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Use your spatula to smooth the surface.

Store in the fridge for 60 minutes until the tart is set. Slice tart with a sharp knife. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
