Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Spray a skillet pan with non-stick spray and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla and nut butter.

Add the melted coconut oil, baking soda and milk. Add the coconut flour, almond flour and sea salt and mix well.

Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. It is a thick batter.

Transfer your cookie batter to your prepared skillet.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and enjoy.
