In a saucepan, heat the blueberries and lemon juice over medium heat until the blueberries start to soften and release their juices, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Stir in the honey and simmer for another 20 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.

Mash the blueberries with a fork to your desired consistency.

Stir in the chia seeds and remove from the heat.

Let the jam cool before transferring it to a jar or airtight container. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow it to set.

Store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
