Method

Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core. Place cut side down and slice into thin slices.

Add all the dressing ingredients to a jar and shake well.

To assemble the salad, place half the lettuce leaves, half the pear slices, half the gorgonzola crumbles and half the walnuts in a salad bowl. Drizzle half the dressing over. Repeat and drizzle the remaining dressing over and top with the remaining walnuts before serving.
