Method

Porridge: Place the quinoa, oats, water, milk, and salt in a medium size saucepan with the lid on and heat it over medium high heat. Bring it to a boil, turn the heat down to low, and put the lid on. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, 15-20 minutes. Stir in the maple syrup.

To serve: Distribute the quinoa among 2 bowls. Top it off with fresh berries, hemp seeds, and almonds. Serve with extra maple syrup on the side.
