Method

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Spray a medium size baking dish / tart pan with non-stick spray.

Tart: Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside

Whisk together the egg, sugar, milk, and cream. Add to the flour mixture and mix well.

Add the pumpkin puree and whisk until the mixture is well combined.

Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes until the tart is set and lightly golden on top. Remove from the oven.

Rub the butter on top of the warm tart.

Cream cheese topping: Whisk together the cream cheese, honey and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread over the pumpkin tart and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
